Tony Barret started the Saffron Brewery in April 2006 and we have worked closely with him since its foundation. During the end of 2006 we fought a tough battle with our landlord to be able to stock this award Beer and successfully won. Saffron Brewery is now guaranteed to be on tap all year round.
